Safety Guidelines

• Weight limitation for the baby bassinet or co-sleeper: 9kg (0 - 6 months)
• Weight limitation for the camp cot: 15kg
• Maintain a distance of at least 20cm between the mattress and the bed top
• Avoid placing objects that reduce internal depth
• Keep away from potential suffocation or strangulation hazards
• Do not adjust the bassinet position while swinging
• Use only on a firm, horizontal, level and dry surface
• Do not leave other children unattended near the carrycot and stand

Shipping:
If your product is in stock, expect delivery within 3-5 working days from dispatch. Pre-orders will be dispatched as per the selected delivery date. Shipping costs are a flat rate based on order weight and dimensions. Please note that transit times might increase during promotions due to high sales volume.

Warranty:
Our products come with a 1-year warranty starting from the day received. If you pre-order products from us, your warranty will start once your product arrives at your doorstep or when collected. We will repair or replace defective items, or offer a full refund if repair or replacement isn't possible. This warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, and other specified conditions. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused, in original packaging, and resalable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 10 working days.
