PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE SAFETY MEASURES

• Remove all stuffed toys.
• Remove excessive bedding, including thick mattress padding and pillows.
• An overweight adult should not be allowed to sleep with the baby.
• Place infant on his/her back and in the centre of the pod.
• Do not allow infants to co-sleep with another child.
• Please refrain from having any pets in the bed.
• Never leave the child unattended and only allow sleep with an unimpaired adult, one who can awaken easily.

Shipping:
If your product is in stock, expect delivery within 3-5 working days from dispatch. Pre-orders will be dispatched as per the selected delivery date. Shipping costs are a flat rate based on order weight and dimensions. Please note that transit times might increase during promotions due to high sales volume.

Warranty:
Our products come with a 1-year warranty starting from the day received. If you pre-order products from us, your warranty will start once your product arrives at your doorstep or when collected. We will repair or replace defective items, or offer a full refund if repair or replacement isn't possible. This warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, and other specified conditions. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused, in original packaging, and resalable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 10 working days.
