If your product is in stock, expect delivery within 3-5 working days from dispatch. Pre-orders will be dispatched as per the selected delivery date. Shipping costs are a flat rate based on order weight and dimensions. Please note that transit times may increase during promotions due to high sales volume. Warranty:
Our products come with a 1-year warranty starting from the day received. If you pre-order products from us, your warranty will start once your product arrives at your doorstep or when collected. We will repair or replace defective items, or offer a full refund if repair or replacement isn't possible. This warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, and other specified conditions. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused, in original packaging, and resalable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 10 working days.

I love my carrier, it’s versatile and my baby is comfortable in it for longer periods without fussing. The clips are abit difficult to unclip with one hand but you know your baby is secure. It’s definitely worth the price.
I would 100% recommend this product! I love that my baby can face both forward and inward—it’s perfect for his curious nature. He enjoys facing forward to explore the world, and when he gets tired, I turn him inward for cozy contact naps. It’s incredibly helpful around the house, giving me free hands to get things done. I truly realised how great this product is during our first trip. It let my baby take breaks from the car seat while we did some sightseeing. The hood was a lifesaver, protecting him from the cold and wind so he could nap snugly and peacefully. Definitely one of the best baby investments we’ve made!
