At what age can my baby start using the NOOLA® LumiSeat?
NOOLA From around 5 to 6 months, or when your baby can sit up independently. By the time your baby can hold their head up unassisted, the LumiSeat can be used up to 36 months or until they
outgrow the seat.

How do I clean the NOOLA® LumiSeat?
Wipe down the chair with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges. For fabric parts, remove and machine wash (check your care label).

Can I use the NOOLA® LumiSeat for feeding?
Yes, it's great for early feeding and snack time, especially when your baby is not yet ready for a high chair. Always supervise feeding and ensure the seat is placed on a flat, stable surface.

Is it safe for my baby's posture?
Yes, when used correctly and for short periods, it helps support your baby in an upright position. However, babies still need plenty of floor playtime to develop their muscles naturally.

Shipping:
If your product is in stock, expect delivery within 3-5 working days from dispatch. Pre-orders will be dispatched as per the selected delivery date. Shipping costs are a flat rate based on order weight and dimensions. Please note that transit times may increase during promotions due to high sales volume. Warranty:
Our products come with a 1-year warranty starting from the day received. If you pre-order products from us, your warranty will start once your product arrives at your doorstep or when collected. We will repair or replace defective items, or offer a full refund if repair or replacement isn't possible. This warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, and other specified conditions. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused, in original packaging, and resalable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 10 working days.
