Does it come with an ISOFIX base included?
No, the ISOFIX base is sold separately. However, when installed with the base, you unlock the full 360° swivel function and secure, click-in installation.

How can I install the Swivel360 car seat?
There are two installation methods:
– Using the NOOLA® ISOFIX base (swivel functionality enabled)
– Using your vehicle’s seatbelt (swivel functionality not available)

What are the rear-facing size and weight limits?
With newborn insert: 40 – 60 cm (up to approx. 13 kg)
Without insert: 60 – 87 cm (up to approx. 13 kg)

Until when can I use this car seat?
The Swivel360 is suitable from birth up to 87 cm in height, which is typically around 12 months. The seat follows i‑Size guidelines, focusing on length rather than weight. Once your baby’s head reaches the top of the seat, it is time to size up.

Can I buy my own ISOFIX base?
If you choose to purchase the base separately or from another retailer, make sure it is the NOOLA® ISOFIX Base | Compatible with the iSize Car Seat Swivel360.
Important: This car seat is only compatible with that specific base. It will not work with any other ISOFIX bases or brands.

How do I clean the Swivel360 car seat?
The seat cover and harness belts can be sponge-cleaned with lukewarm water and mild soap. Plastic parts should be wiped with mild detergent and warm water, avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners. For any part with a care label, follow the specific instructions provided.

Shipping:
If your product is in stock, expect delivery within 3-5 working days from dispatch, however, transit times will be affected during the December festive season as our warehouse team will be shipping orders on select days. Orders delivered to outlying or remote areas may experience longer shipping times. If you have pre-ordered with us, your order will be dispatched according to the delivery date selected. Warranty:
Our products come with a 1-year warranty starting from the day received. If you pre-order products from us, your warranty will start once your product arrives at your doorstep or when collected. We will repair or replace defective items, or offer a full refund if repair or replacement isn't possible. This warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, and other specified conditions. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused, in original packaging, and resalable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 10 working days.
