Compact and suitably versatile, our bespoke travel systems are designed to place comfort and safety at the forefront, perfectly suited to accommodate both newborn twins and, indeed, a pair of toddlers of up to 15-kilograms in weight, each. With its lightweight aluminium frame, high quality cloth accommodation, bespoke suspension system and heavy-duty, air-filled tyres, The EliteX2 is the stroller you need for tackling all-terrain adventure.
Including a front handlebar designed to offer a best-suited, posture-primed push position, the stylish EliteX2 stroller is designed to comfortably carry built-in bassinets or our reclinable toddler seats in a forward-facing configuration. Laid-back or in prime navigator positions, your little ones are secured via a five-point harness system. A four-position hood offers protection against the sun’s harmful rays.
Featuring a fully independent suspension system, The EliteX2’s 12-inch, air-filled tyres are designed to make light work of uneven surfaces. The front two wheels offer the convenience of a 360-degree swivel movement but can also be locked into a straight-ahead position for improved control. Also notably is this stroller’s double braking system.
Often a consideration when it comes to double-seat travel systems, The EliteX2 is designed to be effortlessly manoeuvrable through a standard-size door frame.
Stowed via a one-button fold function, The EliteX2’s high-quality, 100-percent linen, accommodation is as hard-wearing as it is easy to clean.
NOTE:
The NOOLA EliteX2 stroller has a swivel front wheel that MUST be locked during any type of exercise, including power-walking or hiking rough terrain. This provides superior levels stability for your stroller and helps prevent the possibility of tipping over.
The bottom built-in bassinet or reclinable toddler seat can only be carried in rear-facing configuration.

OUR PROMISE
We strive to provide you with the HIGHEST quality gear making them last even for baby number 2 or 3. As much as we try to avoid it, a defected product can leave our warehouse without notice and this is why we offer you a warranty starting the day it was delivered or collected.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with the product and wish to return it, this can be done within 7 days provided that it has not been used, returned in the same packaging and is in a resalable condition.
The cost to return the item to our warehouse is for the clients account.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days once we have received the item and the above criteria has been met.
A store credit will be given for the amount less than R250.
WARRANTY
If for some reason our product shows a defect in materials or workmanship during your warranty period, please mail our product department product@noola.co.za and we will respond within 24hours. If a defect is discovered during your warranty period we will, at our own discretion, REPAIR or REPLACE your product. Should we NOT be able to REPAIR or REPLACE we will offer a FULL REFUND. We will send our courier company to collect the defected product and deliver the replacement part/product at NO COST TO YOU.
Kindly note that this warranty is only valid for goods returned in the original packaging. Should we receive the returned item NOT in the original state, we will keep the item in storage for one week until we have received the courier charge to be returned to you. In the event we do not receive the courier fee, we will sell the item as a second hand unit and the funds will be transferred to you.
Our warranty DOES NOT cover:
Wear and tear
Misuse
Failure to follow instructions
Installation
Improper maintenance
Worn wheels
Alteration
Rust (this is caused by gross negligence)
Personal opinion dissatisfaction pertaining to functionality, features or aesthetics.
The warranty is only valid to the original owner of purchase. We will unfortunately NOT accept transfer of warranty.
The Limited Warranty does not cover products which are used in rental operations and NOOLA Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any incidents or commercial damages relating to such use.

Please be prepared to provide the product model, photographs and a description of the warranty issue. Some replacement parts may be available for purchase after this limited warranty expires.
WARRANTY LENGTH DETAILS
All our products and its accessories are covered by 1-year warranty, starting from the day of ownership.
AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD
Should you have any defected/broken issues even after this warranty period, do not hesitate to contact our product team and we will gladly assist you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you have PRE-ORDERED a stroller with us and you wish to cancel, in order for a refund to be processed, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted for handling/admin.
We CANNOT accept any credit or change of price for any PROMOTIONAL ITEM you have purchased or pre-ordered.
PROMOTIONAL AND COUPON CODES
Our system is not able to block these transactions, however should we receive an item that's been discounted and used in conjunction with the coupon code we have the right to request the balance to be paid or the order will unfortunately have to cancelled.
TRADE IN
Once you have accepted our offer we confirm that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of the sale.
Should you not have the original boxes or packaging, you are required to package the travel system in a protective manner, the use of bubble wrap is recommended. It is your responsibility to avoid any damage of the item.
Once the product has been collected, the trade-in is final cannot be cancelled.
A voucher offer cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please be advised that should errors or omissions occur on pricing or product availability, we reserve the right to cancel and refund transactions.
