Due to the high sales volume experienced during Black Friday, shipping lead times will be 7-10 working days from the day of dispatch. Orders delivered to outlying or remote areas may experience longer shipping times. If you have pre-ordered with us, your order will be dispatched according to the delivery date selected. Warranty:
Our products come with a 1-year warranty starting from the day received. If you pre-order products from us, your warranty will start once your product arrives at your doorstep or when collected. We will repair or replace defective items, or offer a full refund if repair or replacement isn't possible. This warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, and other specified conditions. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused, in original packaging, and resalable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 10 working days.
